Cancellation Policy

We know that life happens and kindly ask that if you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment that you will do so in timely fashion. Pretty Addictions reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee for any late cancellations and no-shows.

The cancellation fee is only charged if you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time. If you arrive 10 minutes late you will be charged a $10 late fee If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. You will be expected to pay the remaining balance at the completion of your appointment.

All deposits are non-refundable and will be used toward your service. You will not be charged any fees if you arrive to your appointment on time or reschedule your appointment by the required time. Thank you for all of your support!
